in winter

More driving, through snow, to see a lighthouse on the 45th parallel, where I only got out of the car for 5 minutes because it was too cold to breathe.

I love these so much. They remind me of Sarah, Plain and Tall for some reason, and my childhood raised on the prairies in Alberta.

Who needs to breathe? ;) Just kidding! The photos are worthy of the sacrifice. I've never heard of the 45th Parallel, I love to learn about new things like that.

Char and Beth-
It is a Lensbaby partnered with the 5D.

Chaucee- I love that house too! I imagine there was a cozy fire inside. :)

My goodness, Alicia, your blog is just pure eye candy. That red barn really caught my eye (in reader) and I'm glad I clicked on over. You never disappoint.
